But first, I had the GREATEST idea ever to make all of our tree decorations, and make them edible (can you sense the sarcasm??). I started the day after Thanksgiving and ended a few days before Christmas. It wouldnt have taken so long if I wasnt working on about a million other things!

I made the names of the girls and our last name. The rest of the gingerbread cookies, were snowflakes. I have always wanted to string popcorn around my tree, but it is NOT as easy as pictures and TV make it seem. I go to string one, and it would fall apart in my hand!! There was a HUGE mess! Although, I really enjoyed it and I think I want to make this a tradition every year. Especially now that I know how big of a project this is.

I loved the tree and the homeade decorations!! Tooo Cute! I also thought the little towel jobbie was very clever and cute. I also want to tell you i have had several comments on the cute kitchen things you made for me we used the coasters the other night when we played cards and the magnets are really great. I love the pot holders. These are some of my favorite gifts this year!!!
Wow-that's seems like it would be quite the undertaking. We didn't put any ornaments on our tree this year, I was afraid a little monkey that lives at our house would try to climb it... We did do a little popcorn string though. HOLY COW! I can't believe you got enough to go around the tree! We only did about a foot because it was taking so long. Everybody kept stepping on it, and then at one point the dog ate a section-it was a total disaster. But yours looks really great! Looking forward to seeing what you are doing this coming year!
